Blue Waters Overview

Abstract

Members of the Blue Waters staff will provide an overview of the Blue Waters resources and services. The overview will include information about the goals of the Blue Waters project and the research impact to date.  The staff will provide a description of the Blue Waters system architecture, operations, data management, security, training resources, visualization software, and the Blue Waters portal for managing allocations and learning about other Blue Waters resources.  The overview will be followed by a description of the Broadening Participation Allocations and the Education Allocations to assist people in developing submissions for these categories.
