• Blue Waters announcement: XSEDE OpenMP training site at NCSA Tuesday, January 21

  Welcome back Illinois Blue Waters users;

  XSEDE, along with the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center, is pleased to announce a one-day OpenMP workshop Tuesday, January 21st from 11am to 5pm Eastern. This workshop is intended to give C and Fortran programmers a hands-on introduction to OpenMP programming. Attendees will leave with a working knowledge of how to write scalable codes using OpenMP. This event will be presented using the Wide Area Classroom (WAC) training platform in NCSA 1030. 

  For interested Illinois participants please register for the NCSA location at https://portal.xsede.org/course-calendar/-/training-user/class/1903/session/3345/register. Walk-ons are welcome if space is available.
